INSTRUCTIONS - ENGLISH HOW TO PREPARE USING WINE-EXTRACT METHOD
1 Pack of NativePlantsCure Herbs
1 Large Glass Container
1 1/2 liters of sweet white wine such as muscat or rhine
• Place the entire contents of 1 herb pack (250 mg) in a container (preferably glass) with enough capacity for 2-3 liters.
Fill the the container until the herbs are covered with wine and cover
The herbs will absorb some of the wine so you will have to add wine each day to maintain the herbs covered in wine
Allow the mixture 3 days for extraction and maceration and then the formula is ready to be used.
You will be taking 3 tablespoons 3 times a day so as to spread the dosage through your waking day.
Each night, after your last dose add wine so that the container is again to the same level where it was during the extraction process.
This method yields a potent extract for 40-45 days.
ALTERNATIVE NON-ALCOHOL METHOD (RECOMMENDED FOR USA)

Place entire contents of one pack of herbs into a medium sized pressure cooker and add about 4 liters of water, ensuring that the pressure cooker instructions are followed (normally leaving 1/3 of the pot empty such that the steam can create the desired pressure
Bring pot up to high pressure as indicated by the manufacturer of pot and begin timing.
Count 10 minutes of cooking at pressure and then stop cooking using the fastest method available with your pressure cooker
Strain liquid immediately (discard the herbs) and place this liquid into glass container and, once cooled, into the refrigerator ensuring that the infusion is properly sealed as there can be evaporation in a refrigerator.
Dosage is 1/2 cup three times a day (morning, noon, night). You may pour out the dosage and take with you to work, etc.
